♦ Can Panchakarma be done in any season?

→ No. Panchakarma treatment includes five types of detoxification methods. Each has separate purpose, recommended seasons & stage of patient. So those who do the whole Panchakarma in a week are just money makers & not following Ayurvedic concepts.

♦ Does Panchakarma has any restrictions about age & sex?

→ Yes. Ayurveda has told some restrictions about Panchakarma procedures. Pregnant women, weak persons, children, etc. are not recommended for Panchakarma.

♦ Do every persons need all five Panchakarma?

→ No. It is as per disease & season.

♦ Can a normal person do Panchakarma?

→ Yes. As it is a detoxification treatment anyone can do all or selected Panchakarma according to their body constitution. This must be decided by a good doctor
